Stillingfleet Woodland Pigs

Stillingfleet Woodland Pigs are matured slowly over 29 weeks to ensure. The are fed on a ‘5 a day’ diet of fruit and vegetables, to supplement the acorns they find in the copses and woodland around the farm. What’s more the pigs enjoy Stillingfleet spring water.

The pork we produce is reminiscent of pork from the past with a thick layer of fat. This fat gives flavour to the pork and helps to produce juicy succulent meat with the benefit of crispy crackling every time. read more
