Today Epicureanism is interpreted as the sensual delights of good food and drink. Both these statements represent Epicure's Larder principles. ************ Middle Wold Farm & The Shetland Herd Our interest in genetic diversity led to our desire to support rare breeds in the UK. We purchased our first Shetland cow and bull calf in October 2004. We now have a small milking herd from which we make our cheeses and smoked cured meats
