The tranquil setting of this former farm house and corn mill on The Yorkshire Wolds is perfect for anyone wanting to walk, cycle, bird watch or drive in the undiscovered and peaceful East Yorkshire Wolds.
The hotel has a total of nine en-suite bedrooms that have recently been
refurbished.
The fully licensed Old Mill Restaurant has also been recently refurbished and
seats up to 80 people. It caters for bar meals, Sunday lunches, and à la carte
meals. The selection of the food served is locally sourced within the Wolds and
East Riding of Yorkshire area.
Use the Old Mill as a base to visit Beverley for shopping, York for the Minster and Yorvik museum, the beaches at Scarborough and Filey, and the North Yorkshire Moors (Heartbeat country).
Not to be missed is a day out at the races at Beverley and York, and the beautiful country houses of East Yorkshire, Burton Agnes, Burton Constable and Wassand Hall. Scampston Hall in nearby North Yorkshire recently appeared on
Channel 4.
We change our menus on a regular basis to ensure we use seasonal produce. The following menus give an indication of the type of food we serve, but up-to-date menus can be found on our website.
